All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, and Otakufashionhub does not store or have access to your payment details.

6. Shipping and Delivery
At Otakufashionhub, we strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Please note the following regarding shipping and delivery:
- Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping. The available options may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-14 business days after payment verification. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Time: Shipping time refers to the time it takes for your order to be delivered after it has been shipped. Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method selected and your location. You may or may not receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package’s delivery status. Standard shipping on average takes around 7-30 days and express shipping takes around 2-14 days. International shipping may vary anywhere from 10-30 days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight of the package, and the destination address. You will be able to view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
- International Shipping: For international orders, please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Returns and Refunds
At Otakufashionhub, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds will not be issued for accidental purchases, unauthorized purchases, invalid/wrong shipping address or invalid size(s). Customers are encouraged to use the size chart on each product description prior to purchase in order to avoid any dissatisfaction with the item. Otakufashionhub has the right to reject returns and refunds unless there is a legitimate reason such as a misaligned print or a defect in the product.
Return Period: You may initiate a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund excluding shipping costs after the item passes inspection.
